Henry Family Appointments is a private, family-managed application that helps authorized family members organize medical appointments using Gmail, Google Calendar, and a private household dashboard.
The application is intended for personal family use only and is not offered as a commercial service.
2. Information We Access
With authorization from the Google account owner, the application accesses:
Gmail: Reads email messages to identify appointment confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling notices, and scheduling reminders.
Google Calendar: Reads and manages appointments in the designated family calendar.
Information may include patient names, medical provider names, appointment dates and times, addresses, and contact details.
3. How Information Is Used
Information is used solely to identify and organize medical appointments, detect scheduling changes, prevent duplicate calendar entries, and display upcoming appointments on a private household dashboard.
4. Storage and Security
Email messages remain within the authorized Gmail account. Appointment records are stored in Google Calendar.
Limited technical information, such as processed email identifiers, may be stored using Google Apps Script.
The application is designed for use by authorized family members. Medical appointments are not published on this website.
5. Sharing of Information
Personal information is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising.
Google services are used to operate the application. Access to appointment information is intended to remain limited to authorized family members.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
The Google account owner can delete appointment emails in Gmail and edit or remove calendar appointments in Google Calendar.
Application-related technical records may be removed by the account owner or application administrator.
7. Google API Data
Information received through Google APIs is used only to provide the appointment-management functionality described in this policy.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
